Returns & Changes & Refunds
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will be pleased to proceed for a return, change or refund that falls under the company’s requirements. If you have any questions and need further assistance, feel free to contact us at info@mendittorosa.com
Please read below the following requirements for returns, changes or refunds.
We will only accept requests for returns, changes or refunds within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. Any request that is made more than 14 calendar days past the delivery date will not be accepted. No matter what the cause may be.
Only Creations in unopened original packaging that have not been tampered with or used in any manner including all eventual samples and booklets may be returned. This is a precondition for refunds or changes to be deemed possible.
Only Creations purchased at mendittorosa.com are eligible for returns. Refunds will only be issued to the person and account that made the original purchase.
Shipping costs are not refundable unless the Creation received is damaged or faulty.
Refund will be paid only after return. Creations must be returned with the original box, packing materials and a copy of the shipping invoice. Please note that we are not responsible in the event that returned packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.
Creations damaged or defective upon delivery may also be returned for refund or changes. Please inspect the parcel upon receipt and contact us immediately to file a report with photos to provide us feedback by mail: info@mendittorosa.com
We will then determine, in a reasonable discretion, whether the claimed defective item is eligible for a return, refund or changes based on the information you provide us.
